Great beachfront location and fine views.

Our experience was frustrating and disappointing. The customer service was unacceptable. Every time we needed assistance, the staff acted like we were a bother. We also faced issues with our room upgrade. We agreed to an additional $500 charge that seemed outrageous because the advertised rates are misleading. Breakfast was a complete letdown with barely any options and poor quality food. The ambiance was lacking, as the hotel felt unusually quiet.

The location is incredible, on the sea. It's close enough to bars, the cliffs and an adjacent restaurant with an equally impressive view as well as very very good and delicious and, above all, authentic thai cuisine. The room is beautifully maintained, and the staff is fabulously friendly!

A fantastic gem nestled along the cliffs! The sunsets are magical, and the beach feels almost private. The staff is friendly, accommodating requests with a smile. Breakfast offers a good mix of options, fueling your day for adventure. Just a heads-up, the steep paths could be challenging, especially in the heat.

The views were amazing, and the room was stylish with a private jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the breakfast could use improvement, and communication with staff was sometimes challenging due to language barriers. A nice experience for unwinding in a peaceful setting.

Beautiful pool area with views and great beach access. Mosquitoes were a problem due to the open shower door. Happy hour drinks were good!

Just a reliable pick for a transient stop in Koh Lanta with attractive and competitive value for money. The jacuzzi in our Beautiful Room was a nice surprise and made for a relaxing evening after exploring. Here's a tip, check the breakfast options elsewhere if you want something more substantial.

What an very nice stay! I was blown away by the stunning cliffside views and the luxurious room with a private jacuzzi. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, something I looked forward to every morning.

the bathroom had no door, which felt weird. the beach was pristine with stunning sunsets! ! the staff were super friendly and always eager to help us with anything we needed. delicious food, especially breakfast options!

The private dinner on the beach was nice, with excellent service and delicious authentic Thai cuisine. Though it was the end of the season and some local dining options were limited, the nearby restaurant offered very nice food. This place is a hidden gem worth revisiting.

The Beautiful Room with Jacuzzi Sea View was beautifully designed and really comfy. Loved the sea views! The jacuzzi was a nice touch, but it didn't work for some reason, a little disappointing. Everything else in the room was great, and the bed was super comfortable. Nice vibe overall!

Nirvana beach resort is a fine place with beautiful wooden structures and amazing sea views. The facilities are great, with a beachfront, a lovely pool, and a great gym. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious!
